    Yes, all services including shelter.

  2. Does your program provide services to gay men? If so, what services?
    Yes, court advocacy and other services, but not their women’s shelter. If there were a need for shelter, then the ED would make a decision about using an extra facility the agency has, which is located separately from the shelter.

  3. Does your program provide services to straight men? If so, what services?
    Yes, court advocacy and other services, but not their women’s shelter. If there were a need for shelter, then the ED would make a decision about using an extra facility the agency has, which is located separately from the shelter.

  4. Does your program provide services to bisexual people? If so, what services?
    Bisexual women are eligible for all services including shelter. Bisexual men are eligible for court advocacy and other services, but not their women’s shelter. If there were a need for shelter, then the ED would make a decision about using an extra facility the agency has, which is located separately from the shelter.

  5. Does your program provide services to transgender people? If so, what services?
    They have not had that situation, but would not discriminate.

  6. Does your program have any literature available for staff or clients about LGBT domestic violence? If so, what is it?
    Yes, they have some pamphlets.

  7. Does your staff receive any specialized training about LGBT domestic violence or homophobia? If so, where do they get it, and who provides it?
    No, but the topics have been covered in other workshops.

  8. Do you have contacts and referrals with the LGBT communities?
    Yes, through mental health.
